Delete Vendor Billing Contact
Unlink a billing contact from a vendor.
The contact stops appearing in the vendor’s campaign forms in the Topsort UI. Campaigns that already use it keep it. To change them, assign a different contact with Upsert Campaign Billing Contact.
The contact itself isn’t deleted and stays linked to any other vendors.
Returns 404 if the vendor doesn’t exist.
